  • Monthly site inspections and Dashboard Reports - Track and review all data (Corrective Actions, Incidents, Trends etc)

  • Monthly Team Meeting with management and staff

  • Ongoing development and improvement of system and culture

  • Response to any unforeseen situations such as Workplace Injuries, complaints, Workers Compensation Claims, Regulatory Inspections, Client requests and more.
